They could even make this one themselves. It comes together in under 60 seconds and it bakes in less than ten. So breakfast is served on the weekend or even right before school. This is super simple. I just threw an egg into each one of my tortillas. I'm going to add a spoonful of some cottage cheese just to add a little creaminess and a little extra protein to this. This is super high protein with the eggs and the cottage cheese altogether and then for a little extra flavor and my just enjoys a meteor version of breakfast stuff. I'm going to add some bacon, some sausage, and a little bit of cheese on top. Go straight into the oven until they're golden and bubbly and then hit it with some chives for a little crunch, a little onion flavor, and these are ready to be served. They can be handheld. You can wrap them up and put them in a baggy for the car or send them for your kid's boards game, high protein, and ready to go.
