Cheese Tortellini with Butter, Mushrooms, and Crispy Sage
You can make this easy and delicious tortellini (or use ravioli) with a mushroom, crispy sage, and butter sauce in 15 minutes! Perfect for date night. #pasta, #valentinesday
Mushroom and Spinach Lasagna Rolls
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, then stir in spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until wilted. In a bowl, mix the mushroom-spinach mixture with ricotta and half of the mozzarella. Spread a portion of the mixture onto each lasagna noodle, roll them up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Ingredients • 180g plain flour • 1 tsp instant yeast • 1/2 cup warm water • Pinch salt • 1/2 tsp oil 1 small carrot • 1 onion • 8 @meatlessfarm plant based meatballs • A handful of mushrooms • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp maple syrup Dash of oil • 2 x 1/4 cup water Grate the carrot, onion and mushrooms. Add them to a frying pan along with the ‘meatballs’. Use a fork to mash them up in the pan. Start to cook everything in the sesame oil, over medium heat. Cook for around 20 mins, then add all seasonings and remove from the heat. Place in the fridge whilst prepping the buns Mix together the plain flour, yeast and pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
