I’ve used Class Dojo for the past six or seven years, and I love it. I love that it’s a flexible, easy way to manage the classroom, and I really love the home-school communication tools that have been added. One of my students’ favorite aspects of Class Dojo is our Dojo Economy system. It’s super easy and not at all fancy. I adapted my idea from School and the City's Sticker Economy. My students earn and lose points on a daily basis. We keep track of that on the Class Dojo site, and parents…

We are always working on improving our behavior, because, well toddlers live in this house lol I made these punching cards and they are working so well that I wanted to share them with you as a free printable. I am very cautious with incentives. Food is never used as a reward to encourage behavior because I don't want to enable an unhealthy relationship with food. ✨Mystery Rewards!✨

📌 But first, save this post for later!

I’ve tried everything: marble jars, table points, Class Dojo, but none of them seemed to work well for my 5th graders. So once again, I was on the hunt for something simple to implement, yet still exciting for the kids. Istumbled upon another teacher who used a Mystery Reward as her whole-class reward system and decided to give it a try.

Needless to say, it was a hit! I’ve used it every year since, and I truly believe it works!
