Leanne on Instagram: "A different kind of double exposure 💙 This is the result of my little experiment earlier in the week and I'm pleasantly surprised at how well it came out! If you didn't see the other post, I made a print last year that came out so extremely dark that you could barely see anything. I bleached the print with washing soda and then it got put in a drawer until the other week when I decided to recoat the paper with another layer of cyanotype solution and expose it again. The original print was looking up to the tree canopy in the woods, so I thought it only fitting to choose bluebells for the 2nd exposure 🪻 My favourite time to be in the woods is when all the bluebells are out, carpeting the floor and just looking magical! I'm so glad I did because I love how this little print turned out 💙 Don't you think this plant looks very similar to Honesty, just smaller? I still haven't managed to get my hands on any yet but we are growing it now, hopefully next year I'll have some. In the meantime I've got this little beauty to fill the gap.
