It's adjustable ties at the shoulders and has an elastic off shoulder ruffle and hidden zipper up the back. It's stunning and in amazing condition with functioning elastic and zipper. The soft cotton dress is fully lined and would make for the perfect summer wedding dress. It has a wine colored ribbon peaking trough it's details and is floor length.
