Ingredients: 2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise 8 large scallops 4 tbsp butter 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Place lobster tails flesh-side down; cook 3-4 mins. Flip, brush with garlic butter, and cook another 3-4 mins until opaque. Remove and set aside. Add remaining butter to the skillet. Sear scallops 2 mins per side until golden.
