Andrea on Instagram: "✨One Pan Garlic Butter Steak Bites, Potatoes and Mushrooms✨ 3LBS yellow potatoes sliced (not too thin not too thick) Slicing them this way instead of cutting into cubes insures them to get cooked through. In a med to high heat pan add a few tablespoons of oil. Enough to cover the pan. Once heated add your potatoes. DO NOT STIR THEM. Try and get them in an even layer. Let cook for 3-4 minutes. Then flip. And cook for another 3-4 minutes. They should be a nice golden brown in areas. That’s what we want. Once golden reduce heat to low and cook about 3 minutes with the lid on. This will ensure they are cooked through. Take lid off and increase temperature to medium high heat to get a nice crust on them. Once done set aside on paper towels. Cube your steak into one in

Anthony Bartleson on Instagram: "Chuck eye roast is a cut of beef from the center of the first five ribs of a cow, also known as chuck center roast, chuck-eye roll, inside chuck roll, boneless chuck fillet, and America’s beef roast. It’s a continuation of the muscles that make up the rib eye, which is one of the most tender and flavorful cuts of beef. Chuck eye roast has relatively few muscle groups, so there’s less fat and connective tissue to trim away."

Maciej Zurawski on Instagram: "I love smoking a chuck roast low and slow. It’s economical, versatile and in my opinion, a very underrated cut of beef for bbq. For my burnt ends, I used some W sauce for the binder and seasoned heavily with my AP rub. It went on the @webergrills kettle with the new @kingsford low and slow briquettes, set for around 250 degrees for about 3-4 hours. While those were on, I prepped the sweet and spicy bbq sauce. Next, cube up the chuck roast and toss it in a foil pan with the sauce. Cover with foil and back on the grill for another hour or so, until they are fork tender. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken up. And that’s it! Plate it up and you have some delicious chuck roast burnt ends. #grillinwithdad #burntends #chu
