Make 4 sushi rolls Ingredients: 1 cup of Naturel Organic Brown Rice Up to 2 cups of water 2-3 tablespoons of sushi seasoning 2 sheets of sushi seaweed; halved Toasted sesame seed Mayonnaise 4 strips of Japanese egg omelette 4 avocado wedges 4 cucumber sticks 4 mango slices To Make 1. Wash and rinse the rice well. Place rice and (up to) 2 cups of water to cook in a rice-cooker. 2. When rice is cooked, add sushi seasoning to the hot rice and toss well. Cool rice to room temperature before using. 3. To make; place a piece of seaweed on sushi bamboo mat. 4. Take a ball (tennis-ball size) of rice and spread it evenly on the seaweed; leaving about 2-ngers margin on the upper edge of the seaweed. 5. Sprinkle rice with some sesame seeds and spread some mayonnaise over the rice. 6. Lay egg, avocado, cucumber & mango on the rice and roll up the sushi. 7. Cut sushi roll into 4 pieces and serve.
