Chairperson Ante: Nuna nakaraang meeting, tinanong ko kung sinong graduating na at mga nagbabalak tumakbo (sa USC-CSC elections). FebFair is hazard day kaya kailangan ng mga nakatutok lalo na yung mga head. Pero tatakbo or not, member pa rin ng committee. CAS SC Representative Bucay arrived at 4:17 pm. [Based from the minutes last USC GA (October 4, 2012)] CEAT SC Representative Mercado, Councilor Valencia, CVM SC Representative Camba, Councilor Resuello, CA SC Representative dela Cruz, Vice-Chairperson de la Cruz, CAS SC Representative Bucay said they are graduating. [Based from the minutes last USC GA (October 4, 2012)] Vice-Chairperson de la Cruz, Councilor Melu, CAS SC Representative Bucay, CVM SC Representative Camba, Councilor Resuello, CDC SC Representative Tesorero, Councilor Valencia, GS SC Representative Ningal, Chairperson Ante - Mga hindi tatakbo pero makakagampan ng responsibility para sa FebFair. Chairperson Ante: Sa Program Committee, mag-aayos kung sinong magpapa-reserve na orgs, magse-set ng deadline sa reservation, at hosts Chairperson Ante: Sa Sanitation Committee, i-ensure na lahat ng booth may garbage bag, malinis ang grounds kung maaari, maka-contact sa Admin para mapalinis ang grounds. CAS SC Representative Bucay: May orgs na nagvo-volunteer sa Sanitation. Chairperson Ante: Sa Grounds Committee, mag-layout ng grounds kung saan ang stage and sounds, at maximum number ng booth for orgs and concessionaires. Chairperson Ante: Sa VolCor, volunteers from orgs and councils. Matapos makakalap ng volunteers, idi-distribute sa committees. Chairperson Ante: Sa Grounds, pagtatayo ng booth. Chairperson Ante: Ang electricity ay joint effort ng Logistics, Grounds, at Finance Committees Chairperson Ante: Sa Fin, lahat ng pumapasok na pera, budgeting. Chairperson Ante: Ang Marketing ay sa sponsors. Chairperson Ante: Bahala na ang Fin at Marketing sa kung paano ang hatian ng trabaho nila. Chairperson Ante: Fin at Marketing ang ka-tandem ng Logistics sa lights and sounds. Sa electricity, pwedeng i-vouch ng admin na lagi naming ginagawa. Chairperson Ante: Sa Publicity, poster, tarp, RTRs, online publicity Chairperson Ante: Sa Logistics, marshall, security, kaagaapay ng Grounds at Sanitation Committees. Chairperson Ante: Ang marshall ang nagiikot sa bawat booth kung may basurahan ba, may nag-iinuman, kamustahin ang orgs lalo na concessionaires. Ikot from time to time. Ipaalala (sa orgs) na mag-log in. Kasama ng trabaho ng Log ang security, iko-contact ang UPF. Chairperson Ante: Over-all Head ng FebFair, i-ensure na gumagana lahat ng committee. Chairperson Ante: Yung sa Elections naman, kukuha ng representatives per college para bumuo ng Elections Committee. Yung members ay siguradong hindi tatakbo. Basically, ako ang uupo rito, ako na rin ang uupo sa CEB. Nomination for FebFair over-all head started. Councilor Go suggested Councilor Valencia. By consensus, Councilor Valencia is the FebFair over-all head. Chairperson Ante: Nasa FebFair committee ako pero hindi ako head. Taga-gabay lang ako. Head na ako ng elections. Ang Logistics ay in-charge sa marshall, security. I suggest na si Marj ay nandito dahil maraming letters dito.

Chairperson Ante: Ang secretariat ay an ating SecGen (Councilor Resuello), ako (Chairperson, at ang Vice-Chairperson (Abby). Chairperson Ante: Lahat ng committee head mag-meeting tayo. Sino na sa Log? Councilor Resuello: Gusto ko matino. Chairperson Ante: Habang nag-iisip pa para sa Log, unahin muna natin ibang committee. By consensus, CEAT SC Representative Mercado is the Grounds Committee Head. For Logistics Committee, CEAT SC Representative Mercado suggested Councilor Holt. CEAT SC Representative Mercado: Ang alam ko nag-Log na siya dati sa FebFair. Chairperson Ante: Ang alam ko tumutulong siya sa Log ng FebFair. Chairperson Ante: Sa security, sinong makikipag-usap sa UPF? Marshall ng orgs? CDC SC Representative Tesorero suggested Councilor Criador for Logistics Committee Head. Chairperson Ante: I suggest na hindi member ng frat ang mag-head ng Log kasi kakausap siya ng mga frat. Chairperson Ante: Isama na si Sah sa Log Committee. By consensus, GS SC Representative Ningal is the Logistics Committee head. By consensus, CVM SC Representative Camba is the Publicity Committee Head. By consensus, Councilor Melu is the FinCom head. By consensus, Vice-Chairperson de la Cruz is the Marketing Committee Head. Councilor Holt, Councilor Miller, and CAS SC Representative Bucay were suggested to be the VolCor Committee head. Councilor Criador: Mas malaki ang network ni Arthur. CDC SC Representative Tesorero: Di ba dati naghehead ng committees ang CSCs? Kasi si (Former CDC Chairperson) Real (nag-head siya) dati. Chairperson Ante: Ino-offer sa CSCs ang mga committee. Ang ulo ay USC. Ang members ay CSCs. Ant: Magkaibang trabaho ang VolCor at Program Committees. Ang Program Committee ang nag-aayos ng schedule (ng performances). VolCorps ang nag-aask ng volunteers sa orgs. By consensus, CAS SC Representative Bucay is the Program Committee head. By consensus, Councilor Holt is the Volcorps Committee head. By consensus, CA SC Representative dela Cruz is the Sanitation Committee head. Delegation started. CFNR SC Representative Asuelo and CDC SC Representative Tesorero are under Pub Committee. Chairperson Ante: VolCor contact ng orgs na magvo-volunteer. Ideal is marami per org for certain day/s. Org and council volunteers Chairperson Ante: Grounds draft layout. Maximum bilang ng booth (org and concessionaire) Chairperson Ante: Ito ang inaasahang reports sa GA next sem. I-gear na ang sarili na maraming gagawin next sem. Councilor Valencia: Paano kung hindi pumayag (sa committee tasking) yung mga nandyan na wala rito? CAS SC Representative Bucay: Quorum naman tayo. Chairperson Ante: Sa over-all head ng FebFair, ganun din, kung ano nae-envision mo. Nakaka-experience ka na naman ng fair. Naka-experience ka naman na ba ng tech ng fair? Councilor Valencia: Oo, sa frat. Chairperson Ante: Ang gagawin mo ay tahini lahat ng plano ng committee. Councilor Valencia: At siyempre, taga-remind, taga-check. Chairperson Ante: Ikaw ang unang makakakita kung kamusta ang FebFair. Councilor Valencia: Marketing na mag-aayos kung in kind o cash ang ibibigay ng sponsors. Chairperson Ante: Ang packages sa sponsors ay publicity. Pwedeng bigyan sila ng booth, pwedeng i-play AVP nila lagi, pwedeng kasama sa tarps ng FebFair. Chairperson Ante: Sa pauna, pwedeng verbal lang muna ang usapan habang wala pang packages/contract.

Chairperson Ante: Mag-set tayo ng next meeting natin. Siguro kahit isang araw bago magpasukan. The body decided to have its meeting on November 12, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Chairperson Ante: May UCSFA meeting sa October 24-25 sa UPD. Ako naa-attend dito. Councilor Valencia: Yung play namin, yung sa theater group naming na Theatre Horse, ay sa November 21 and 22 sa NCAs Audi. It is presented by Socius. Ito ay about gender equality, LGBT presentation. Hinihiling naming na kung pwedeng in cooperation with UPLB USC, at para sa free reservation ng NCAS Audi para sa rehearsal day sa November 20. Chairperson Ante: (To CAS SC Representative Bucay) Nagamit nito na ba free NCAS use niyo (CAS SC)? CAS SC Representative Bucay: May naging Systemone orientation kami, di ko sure kung na-avail na. Chairperson Ante: Kung di kaya ng USC, sa CAS SC. Pero maghanda na rin tayo ng letter. By November 12, ipasa na yung letter. Councilor Valencia: Punta kayo, 100 pesos lang yung ticket. Councilor Villarmino: may nahingi ng help sa USC na dormer kasi na-block siya sa lahat ng dorm sa UPLB dahil sa violation. And, yung mga pinapalayas kasi hindi nakakabayad on time. CAS SC Representative Bucay: (To Councilor Villarmino) Pahingi na lang ng contact details nung tao. Chairperson Ante: Sa elections, ako at ang college reps na ang bahala. Yung mga di tatakbo, pwedeng tumuwang sa akin.
