    Rinsing in water

    Pickling in Acid

    Rinsing in Water

    Pre-Heating of Material

    Prefluxing the material

    Check for Acid

    Check for proper Temperature of Zinc bath

    Putting the material in Zinc bath at proper Temperature

    Putting the Galvanized Material in Quenching Tank

    Visually checking material for any black spots & any other defects.

    Dicromating the Galvanized Material

    Mass of zinc coating Test for each lot

    Denotion of mark no to each member with Permanent Marker

    Sorting the Material as per Mark No.

    Ready to PDI
