Dr. Amy Chesney to speak about unique surgery at CMHs Annual Community Meeting
Cambridge, Ontario Cambridge Memorial Hospital is proud to present Dr. Amy
Chesney as its guest speaker at its Annual Community Meeting. Dr. Chesney is CMHs newest plastic and reconstructive surgeon and will speak about a state of the art innovation in breast reconstruction surgery for women with cancer. She will describe a modern-day type of breast reconstruction she will bring to the region. Dr. Chesney, alongside her surgical partner and collaborator Dr. Rob Shenker and the general surgeons at CMH, will offer women breast reconstruction surgery as part of their mastectomy or lumpectomy, thereby improving aesthetic outcomes and reducing the need for multiple surgeries. All are welcome to attend this years Annual General Meeting, where hospital spokespeople will celebrate our years accomplishments and provide an update regarding our capital redevelopment project.
