    To Whom It May Concern: I strongly recommend Julie Layne for employment with your school district. I have known Julie for more than a decade, and in that time have witnessed her exhibit a wide range of knowledge, skills, and abilities in a number of settings. To me, Julies defining qualities stem from her growth as a leader and advisor for two youth organizations, Jobs Daughters International (JDI) and DeMolay International. Julie is enthusiastic, motivated, and a hard worker who encourages others to action. Because of her reputation as a strong leader, she was elected to serve in both local and statewide offices for each organization, representing teenaged members and working with them in an ongoing basis. Julies personality and experience drive her to jump in with both feet in all types of situations. She anticipates the needs of those around her, and ensures activities go as planned. This includes working with different sized groups of middle and high school students, where she commands order and respect, and steers the youth toward success. Her abilities assist these young people in reaching their maximum potential. She also communicates well both verbally and in writing, and her public speaking experience ranges from small groups to large (500+) audiences. I know Julie will be an asset to your organization.
