1) Install .Net Framework 2.0 and open the Barcode Reader file to scan degree certificate barcodes. 2) Use a 2D image scanner to scan each barcode from left to right. 3) After scanning all barcodes, click the "Export" button to view a consolidated mark statement with student details.
