War On Drugs

The document criticizes the War on Terrorism for causing more harm than good. It notes that civilian casualties in Afghanistan exceeded 9/11 deaths by the end of 2001, yet Osama bin Laden was still at large. The document argues that killing innocent people will only breed more sympathy for terrorists and that previous "wars" like the War on Drugs did little to solve the underlying problems. It sarcastically suggests the War on Terrorism will be as ineffective as the War on Drugs at ending terrorism and drugs respectively.
