    Project Cold room XYZ

    1. Mechanical div:
    -select compressor (recip. Screw, centri, compare all with adv& dis.)
    -assume room condition( assume any location of plant also material in
    cold room and condition suited for that material )
    -component lay out and spacing( place of all component in 3D)
    -select system 1.ammonia 2.freon ( compare both and select one)
    -select 1.DX 2.Flooded 3.Pump (compare and select)
    -insulation type (select different for panel and door, floor)
    -cold room design (location of evaporator, no of evaporator, material
    positioning, air velocity arrangement, door arrangement)
    -give location of all component on p&I dia.

    2.Instrumentation div:
    -find out necessary valve
    -control valve and safety valve (explain necessity of valve on that
    place)
    -guidelines of installation of valves on field
    -mail to do. Engg. For ppt

    3. Electrical div.
    -wiring dia.
    -find starter for motor (compare all with eff. Payback period energy
    savingetc)
    -how to increase efficiency of plant
    -
    4.Electronics div
    -optiview panel (every option)
    -sensor all
