    This recipe is for stir fry bee hoon, a Singaporean noodle dish. It contains rice vermicelli noodles along with common Asian vegetables and proteins like onion, garlic, cabbage, carrot, chicken and eggs. To make it, the vermicelli is boiled or soaked until soft. The other ingredients are cut up and stir fried together in a wok with oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Everyone works together, with some cutting vegetables while others cook and clean up, then all share the completed stir fry together.

    Stir Fry Bee Hoon

    Ingredients:
    Rice Vermicelli
    Onion
    Garlic
    Light Soya Sauce / Oyster sauce
    Pepper
    Chicken Meat
    Cabbage
    Carrot
    Eggs (3)

    Steps:
    Steps
    -Bring a pot of water to boil and add in one tablespoon of oil
    -Once boiling, add in vermicelli
    OR
    -soak in water until soften and turns clear.
    Each person will take one item to cut up:
    1. Onion
    2. Garlic
    3. Carrot (peel then cut)
    4. Cabbage
    Add oil into wok and heat wok up:
    1. add garlic and onion
    2. add cabbage
    3. add carrot
    4. add chicken
    5. add vermicelli
    While someone is cooking, others can start to pack up and wash utensils
    Line table with plates and utensils.
