I am a reliable, hardworking and a self-motivated individual who always
strives to achieve a very high standard in whatever situation I am in. I pick up
on procedures both effectively and efficiently. I am also willing to undertake
further training to enhance my skills and employability and would like to
enhance my skills and knowledge that I have gained throughout my years.
On the whole, I regard myself as being very trustworthy and diligent, all
qualities that I hope will be adequate to be able to represent your company

Matalan Oct 2013 to date
Role: Sales Assistant
Duties: Keeping the shop floor in a neat and tidy condition along with putting
the clothes back in their correct category. I also ask the customers if they
need any help and check the stock room for and additional sizes that have
been requested. Good communication is essential to make the customers feel
welcome.
St Basils - Sep 2010 to March 2011
Role: ICT Support/Technician
Duties: Dealing with pcs, phones, photocopiers, printers and servers which
involve repairing, updating and maintaining them an a regular basis, I also
answer any phone calls and log them down along with solving any queries or
problems people may have.
Argos - Nov 2009 to Dec 2009 Christmas Temp
Role: Sales Assistant
Duties: Front line customer service and taking customer orders over the
counter, cash handling, stock controlling and collecting goods from the stock
room and giving it to customers, Also handling customers personal data
which is confidential.

Role: Flag Marshall
Duties: Responsible for ensuring customers safety on and off the track
ensuring that I follow the correct track side procedures at all times, greeting
and assisting customers with their queries effectively and efficiently and
supplying them with correct protective clothing, all adhering to Health and
Safety and company policies
