ABSTRACT

Project Title: ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM


OBJECTIVE:
This application is built for automating the processing of attendance. It also enhances the speed
of the performing attendance task easily. It also generates periodic reports to keep a check on
the students who are regular & who are not.

DESCRIPTION:
Attendance Management System is a software developed for daily student attendance in
schools, collages and institutes. If facilitates to access the attendance information of a particular
student in a particular class. The information is sorted by the operators, which will be provided
by the staff for a particular class. This system will also help in evaluating attendance eligibility
criteria of a student. By just a click on the mouse, the system will be able to produce the
students' attendance report thus reducing the need for manual labour which is prone to human
errors and time consuming.
The system has the following modules:
1. Student Attendance Module
2. Staff Attendance Module
3. View Attendance Module
