Type 3 WWII
There were many causes onto how WWII all started. The biggest
contributor to the war was the German chancellor, Adolf Hitler. Adolf
Hitler was the leader to the Nazi Party. Hitler believed in fascism, which
turned into Nazism, that was just their word for it but it was a type of
fascism. Ever since the beginning Hitler was not a nice dude. He limited
the right to his people and strongly discriminated Jews. He used police
force known as Gestapo, they went around enforcing laws and sought
out to find people who went against Hitler and what he believed and took
them to prison. Germany got very aggressive and started attaching
countries around them, like Poland. In the video we watched in class the
countries that got taken over were happy because it looked liked they
believed in what hitler was doing with the Nazis. This mad some
countries very mad such as Great Britain, and France they became
known as the Allies. Germany knew they needed a partner in the war so
they signed an agreement with Italy, and Italy became known as the axis
powers. Another big part of WWII was Japan. They took a piece of
Chinese land (Manchurian), this was called the Manchurian Incident.
Also they joined the League of Nations. Japan became more militarism
and nationalism, it got Japan to the point where they were one of the
worlds most powerful nations! These were just some huge key
contributors in the causes of WWII.
There were also many effects of WWII. Germany was defeated and
Adolf Hitler committed suicide in his Berlin Bunker at the conclusion of
the war. Japan was left in ruins after the bombing that the USA. The
united states had The Manhattan Project which was the project to build
an atomic bomb! England was devastated by the war, aving experienced
extensive bombing during the 1940 blitzkrieg by the Germans. The
economy depended for recovery upon aid from the United States.
Germany was also split into 4 zones. Also the Holocaust was a horrible
event and as a result millions of Jewish people died. The effects of WWII
were mainly disaster and devastation. Multiple countries left in ruins.
