    This ASME Standard covers on-shore, gas pipeline systems constructed
    with ferrous materials, including pipe, valves, appurtenances attached to
    pipe, compressor units, metering stations, regulator stations, delivery

    and approaches apply to the entire system for all pipeline systems.
    ASME B31.8S-2010 is specically designed to provide the operator with
