LAYOUT OF BLOCKS USED IN SCHEDULING OF COURSES

The grid below illustrates the blocks into which the week is divided for purposes of scheduling courses. The number in
the upper left corner is the block number; the number in parentheses is the block with which it is paired. Courses meeting
twice a week are always scheduled in paired blocks. Tuesday 1:30 to 3:30 is reserved for faculty meetings.
Please note: Faculty who wish to teach a two-hour class beginning at 11:00 a.m. should try to do so on Monday
or Friday.
