For the protection of everyone at the office, every new hired / transferred employee needs to
have a health and safety orientation. When completed, the Local Purchase Advisor and
employee sign this checklist. The Local Purchase Advisor is required to send this checklist to the
Human Resource Departments Representative so that it can be added to the employees
personal file.
Instructions on safety, health and energy conservation requirements, regulations, or
rules, and explanation of any health or safety hazards or risks associated with the job.
Information about what to do if there is an emergency evacuation.
Names of employees/wardens trained in first aid and how they can be reached.
Locations of first aid kits and doctors room.
Procedures for reporting incidents/accidents.
