This document summarizes a study on the influential factors of completed nursing documentation at RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang Hospital in 2014. The study found that 52% of nursing documentation was uncompleted, most commonly because nurses only wrote in the implementation column to record patient monitoring activities. The study aimed to identify what factors influence completed nursing documentation. It found that 73.1% of nurses had lower knowledge, 67.9% had a negative attitude, and 69.2% had a light work burden. Statistical analysis revealed a significant correlation between knowledge, attitude, work burden and completed nursing documentation. The study recommends the hospital provide policies to support completed patient documentation to improve nursing performance and service quality.

Rasidin Padang have many caused factors of completed documentation of nursing management, there were 52% have uncompleted documentation. Most nurses write down to the implementation column, it was caused by the implementation is activity monitoring that have been done to the patient. The aim of this research was to see the influential factors of the completed documentation of the nursing management at RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang in 2014. The type of this research was descriptive analysis by using cross sectional design. The population of nurse about 55 people with sample total was 50 nurses who work at the hospitality room RSUD Dr. Rasidin Padang was executed from December to June 2014. The analysis data used univariat and bivariate. The result of research showed that (73,1%) the nurse have lower knowledge, (67,9%) of them have negative attitude, (69,2%) of them have light duties. Based on statistical test can be concluded that there was significant correlation between the knowledge, attitude, work burden with the completed documentation of nursing management at RSUD Dr. Rasidin Padang. To be suggested to the Hospital practitioner in order to create a policy focused to provide completed documentation of patients thus their performance and ability make better in providing the healthy service of nursing management to the patients Key words
