Stanford Hospital & Clinics, Medical Specialties ATTN: Suzellen Jones, BSN, RN, Clinic Manager Medical Specialities 300 Pasteur Drive, Room A156 Stanford, CA 94305 To Suzellen Jones, BSN, RN: I am in receipt of your letter dated October 30th, 2015, in which you proffer an explanation for refusing to grant a treating relationship at the Positive Care Clinic at Stanford, which was requested by me during our phone call a few days prior. Regrettably, the explanation you provided does not match my request in any respect. This letter seeks to clarify the intent of my request, and to narrow your response accordingly. In your letter, you attempt to characterize events that could only have occurred after my request for an appointment was denieda request that was not supported by any stated reason, and which was followed by a flat refusal to provide one by your employee, Dr. Edward Brooks, MD, who is also a former employee of the PACE Clinic at Santa Clara Valley Health & Hospital Systems (VMC). Any circumstances subsequent to the initial denial notwithstanding, my request is (and was) that you provide a reason for the denial preceding the behavior you now cite as the basis for a continued denial, and a reason for the refusal to provide one at the time of the initial denial. Please be advised that, if and when litigation commences against PACE, your failure to provide the requested explanation may require Dr. Brooks to provide it as testimony in a court of law; as a former employee of PACE, it could be considered highly suspect that he not only refused to provide an explanation when asked, but later evaded the question altogether per your letter. Accordingly, please provide the originally requested information immediately. Sincerely,
On behalf of PR guy Jeff Salzgeber (Radiant Media Group, Austin, TX), Chicago attorney Jeanine Lynda Stevens sent me a baseless defamation threat letter that warned me not to publish her letter and threatened me with “further causes of action” if I do; so I filed a complaint against her with the IL Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission
