The same type of main and cross beams simplies material requirements
and planning.
Large numbers of props and individual components as well as heavy formwork result in slow shuttering times.
The same type of main and cross beams simplies material requirements
and planning.
The GT 24 main and cross beams
have an extremely long service life
which represents a long-term investment.
Preferred applications are industrial
buildings and thick slabs in combination with MULTIPROP post shores.
Fewest number of props and components resulting in the fastest shuttering times.

Conclusion:
Fewer and lighter components mean
faster shuttering!

PEP 20 and 30 slab props
are type tested. This
makes time-consuming
static calculations
unnecessary.
Load-bearing capacity
Permissible loads according to
DIN EN 1065: PEP 20 = min. 20.0 kN
(max. 35 kN)
PEP 30 = min 30.0 kN (max. 40.0 kN)
This reduces the number of slab props
required on site.
Durability
The complete galvanization of all surfaces guarantees a long service life.
Reinforced hammer
blow surface
Assembly of accessories
Same end plate on the inner and
outer tube centre the crossheads.
This means that PEP props can be
turned upside down without any
problems and ensure easy
handling.

4. Prop load
The load specied by the table is read
off. It is 27.8 kN. Due to the selected
main beam spacing of b = 3.00 m, this
results in the following loads which
have to be carried.
Now select a suitable prop (PEP,
MULTIPROP). Selected: PEP 30-250 or
PEP 20-300.

Alternative to Picture 2
Use hammer blow to lower the Lowering Head = 4 cm.
Push back wedge to the original position for the next
use and hammer in securely.
16
Before the rst and each further use, spray the plywood
formlining edges with, e.g. PERI Bio Clean.
This ensures easier shuttering and striking, and looks after
the plywood.
17
PERI MULTIFLEX
Early striking, supporting
prefabricated slabs, guardrails
18
Striking procedure:
Firstly, the temporary props must be
positioned in the centre of the area
(use more if necessary) according to
static requirements. The actual striking
then corresponds to the standard procedure. This means only a few props
and formwork panels are required additionally.
