Body (30 min.)
Students can work on page 9 of their booklet and draw pictures of what they see around the classroom
or outside then color in the pictures
If students finish everything (almost zero chance) they can finish coloring other pages that have
happened in their workbook or do quiet reading on the carpet

Smell station Have pre-cut sandpaper gingerbread men stuck to construction paper cutouts, and have
enough cinnamon sticks for students
Hearing station have 5 instruments ready and prepared as well as decibel reader
Sight Station Have the braille riddle sheet prepared with braille alphabet attached so students can
decipher it

(60 minutes)
Studentswillworkintheirgroupsthrougheachstationfor12minutesateachstation;theteachershould
beabletomonitortheclassroombymovingthroughouttheclasstothedifferentstations.
Closure (10 min.)
Students will sit back down and work on the popcorn page as popcorn is made at the back of the class.
They must all observe with their senses and describe it on their page in order to receive it to finish the
last sense that is taste.
