14. Repeat steps 10 and 11.
15. Align the spacer (FIGURE 3-4) over the center hole and place the deflector in the well. 16. Insert the screw through the hole in the deflector and spacer; secure the deflector by tightening the screws. 17. Insert the catalytic filament plug (with the black base) in the well nearest the outlet fitting; tighten the filament by turning the base clockwise until the gasket is firmly seated against the block. 18. Insert the TC filament (with the white base) in the remaining well; tighten the filament by turning the base clockwise until the gasket is firmly seated against the block. 19.
