Fuses modern power pop music with drum loops, rock guitar and infectious melodies and harmonies. Released their first independent album in the spring of 2000. In the summer of 2001 Released the E.P Same Girl, New Song and set out to tour the Midwest. Recorded their international debut album with producer Tim O’Heir (Superdrag, SamIAm, Sebadoh in Brooklyn, NY. Also filmed a music video for their first single “Swing, Swing”. Vocalist / bassist Tyson Ritter and guitarist Nick Wheelpair. Formed the emo-pop group All-American Rejects in 2000, while both members were still in high school. The band’s sophomore album (and first for Interscope), was released in july 2005. Mike Kennerty (guitar) and Chris Gaylor (drums). Joined the band in 2002. Move Along went platium, with three singles (“Dirty Little Secret,” “Move Along,” and “it End Tonight”). Performance At the end of 2005, the band embarked on The Rise of Fall Tour. December 13 The Bite Back EP New Year’s Eve 2005, the band performed The Cars’ “Good Times Roll”. On March 15, 2006, a tour of the United States. On May 25, the first ever VH1 Rock Honors, covering Def Leppard’s “Photograph”. On July 17, 2007 the band released their second live DVD, titled Tournado. On September 30, 2008, first single from When the World Comes Down was released: the vengeful “Gives You Hell”. In May 2009 the band released a second single in the United State, entitled “The Wind Blows”.
