    -Delivered a final MNT case study about a pediatric oncology patient.

    WIC (4 weeks)
    -Provided education and counseling promoting maternal & child nutrition, and breastfeeding.
    -Reviewed anthropometric data to assess and assign nutrition risk.
    GIANT (1 week)
    -Hosted a spot talk on the produce sales floor, promoting the health benefits of mangoes.
    Penn State Cooperative Extension (4 weeks)
    -Developed presentations for audiences of varying ages, ethnicities and education levels.
    Project SHARE (4 weeks)
    -Designed a nutrition class series, taught to low income individuals with chronic diseases
