    I ,Kristine L. Baylosis, a 3rd Yr. BSN Student ,am asking for your most considerate office to
    please allow me be enrolled this 1st Sem. of School Year 2010-2011 in spite of having unpaid
    balance. I can only pay ₱25,000.00 for that unpaid balance for now, and ₱2,000.00 as my down
    payment for this school year.

    And I promise to pay for the rest of the amount regularly on the Prelim, Midterm, and Finals.

    Please grant my request as I am really determined to finish my studies despite a financial


    problem.
