The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed
be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy
will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and
forgive us our debts as we forgive our
debtors. And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. For thine is the
kingdom, and the power, and the glory,
forever. Amen.

Rejoice in the Lord always
And again I say and again I say
Rejoice in the Lord always
And again I say and again I say
Rejoice
Come bless the Lord
come bless the Lord
Draw near to worship Christ the Lord
And bless His name
His holy name
Declaring He is good
O that men would praise Him
O that men would praise Him
Come bless the Lord
come bless the Lord
Draw near to worship Christ the Lord
And bless His name
His holy name
Declaring He is good
O that men would praise Him
O that men would praise Him
Rejoice in the Lord always
And again I say and again I say
Rejoice in the Lord always
And again I say and again I say
Rejoice
Rejoice in the Lord always
And again I say and again I say
Rejoice in the Lord always
And again I say and again I say

Joyful, Joyful, We Adore
Thee
© Public Domain
Henry Van Dyke
Joyful, joyful, we adore Thee,
God of glory, Lord of love;
Hearts unfold
like flowers before Thee,
Opening to the sun above.
Melt the clouds of sin and sadness;
Drive the dark of doubt away;
Giver of immortal gladness,
Fill us with the light of day!
All Thy works
with joy surround Thee,
Earth and heaven reflect Thy rays,
Stars and angels sing around Thee,
Center of unbroken praise.
Field and forest, vale and mountain,
Flowery meadow, flashing sea,
Singing bird and flowing fountain
Call us to rejoice in Thee.
Thou art giving and forgiving,
Ever blessing, ever blessed,
Wellspring of the joy of living,
Ocean depth of happy rest!
Thou our Father, Christ our Brother,
All who live in love are Thine;
Teach us how to love each other,
Lift us to the joy divine.
Mortals, join the happy chorus,
Which the morning stars began;
Father love is reigning over us,
Brother love binds man to man.
Ever singing, march we onward,
Victors in the midst of strife,
Joyful music leads us Sunward
In the triumph song of life.
New Testament Reading Romans 1:18-25
18For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven
against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men,
who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. 19
For what can be known about God is plain to them,
because God has shown it to them. 20 For his
invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and
divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since
the creation of the world, in the things that have been
made. So they are without excuse. 21 For although
they knew God, they did not honor him as God or
give thanks to him, but they became futile in their
thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22
Claiming to be wise, they became fools,
New Testament Reading Romans 1:18-25
23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for
images resembling mortal man and birds and animals
and creeping things. 24 Therefore God gave them up
in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the
dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, 25
because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie
and worshiped and served the creature rather than the
Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.

Give us Clean Hands
By

We bow our hearts we bend our knees
Oh Spirit come make us humble
We turn our eyes from evil things
Oh Lord we cast down our idols3
Give us clean hands give us pure hearts
Let us not lift our souls to another
Give us clean hands give us pure hearts
Let us not lift our souls to another
And oh God let us be
a generation that seeks
That seeks Your face oh God of Jacob
And oh God let us be
a generation that seeks
That seeks Your face oh God of Jacob
Old Testament Reading Exodus 19:1-6

On the third new moon after the people of Israel had

gone out of the land of Egypt, on that day they came
into the wilderness of Sinai. 2 They set out from
Rephidim and came into the wilderness of Sinai, and
they encamped in the wilderness. There Israel
encamped before the mountain, 3 while Moses went
up to God. The LORD called to him out of the
mountain, saying, "Thus you shall say to the house of
Jacob, and tell the people of Israel: 4 You yourselves
have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore
you on eagles' wings and brought you to myself.
Old Testament Reading Exodus 19:1-6
5Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice
and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured
possession among all peoples, for all the earth is
mine; 6 and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests
and a holy nation. These are the words that you shall
speak to the people of Israel."
Old Testament Reading Exodus 20:1-6

And God spoke all these words, saying, 2 "I am the

LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of
Egypt, out of the house of slavery. 3 ¶ "You shall
have no other gods before me. 4 ¶ "You shall not
make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of
anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth
beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. 5 You
shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the
LORD your God am a jealous God, visiting the
iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and
the fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but
showing steadfast love to thousands of those who
love me and keep my commandments.
Old Testament Reading Exodus 24:1-11

Then he said to Moses, "Come up to the LORD, you

and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the
elders of Israel, and worship from afar. 2 Moses alone
shall come near to the LORD, but the others shall not
come near, and the people shall not come up with
him." 3 Moses came and told the people all the words
of the LORD and all the rules. And all the people
answered with one voice and said, "All the words that
the LORD has spoken we will do." 4 And Moses
wrote down all the words of the LORD. He rose early
in the morning and built an altar at the foot of the
mountain, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve
tribes of Israel.
Old Testament Reading Exodus 24:1-11
5 And he sent young men of the people of Israel, who
offered burnt offerings and sacrificed peace offerings
of oxen to the LORD. 6 And Moses took half of the
blood and put it in basins, and half of the blood he
threw against the altar. 7 Then he took the Book of
the Covenant and read it in the hearing of the people.
And they said, "All that the LORD has spoken we
will do, and we will be obedient." 8 And Moses took
the blood and threw it on the people and said, "Behold
the blood of the covenant that the LORD has made
with you in accordance with all these words." 9 Then
Moses and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of
the elders of Israel went up,
Old Testament Reading Exodus 24:1-11
10and they saw the God of Israel. There was under his
feet as it were a pavement of sapphire stone, like the
very heaven for clearness. 11 And he did not lay his
hand on the chief men of the people of Israel; they
beheld God, and ate and drank.
Words of Assurance Psalm 34:8-9

Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good! Blessed is

the man who takes refuge in him! 9 Oh, fear the
LORD, you his saints, for those who fear him have no
lack!

In Christ Alone
By

©  2001  Thankyou  Music
In Christ alone my hope is found
He is my light my strength my song
This Cornerstone this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest
drought and storm
What heights of love
what depths of peace
When fears are stilled
when strivings cease
My Comforter my all in all
Here in the love of Christ I stand
In Christ alone who took on flesh
Fullness of God in helpless Babe
This gift of love and righteousness
Scorned by the ones He came to save
'Til on that cross as Jesus died
The wrath of God was satisfied
For ev'ry sin on Him was laid
Here in the death of Christ I live
There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain
Then bursting forth in glorious day
Up from the grave He rose again
And as He stands in victory
Sin's curse has lost its grip on me
For I am His and He is mine
Bought with the precious
blood of Christ
No guilt in life no fear in death
This is the pow'r of Christ in me
From life's first cry to final breath
Jesus commands my destiny
No pow'r of hell no scheme of man
Can ever pluck me from His hand
'Til He returns or calls me home
Here in the pow'r of Christ I'll stand

When I Think about the
Lord

When I think about the Lord
How He saved me how He raised me
How He filled me
with the Holy Ghost
How He healed me to the uttermost
When I think about the Lord
How He picked me up
and turned me around
How He placed my feet
on solid ground

It makes me wanna shout

Hallelujah thank You Jesus
Lord You're worthy of all the glory
And all the honor and all the praise
It makes me wanna shout
Hallelujah thank You Jesus
Lord You're worthy of all the glory
And all the honor and all the praise
When I think about the Lord
How He saved me how He raised me
How He filled me
with the Holy Ghost
How He healed me to the uttermost
When I think about the Lord
How He picked me up
and turned me around
How He placed my feet
on solid ground

It makes me wanna shout

Hallelujah thank You Jesus
Lord You're worthy of all the glory
And all the honor and all the praise
It makes me wanna shout
Hallelujah thank You Jesus
Lord You're worthy of all the glory
And all the honor and all the praise
