This Exclusive Right To Sell ( also known as “Authority To Sell”) executed this ddth

In favor of AGENT : <name>, of legal age, Filipino


citizen, with office address at <address>.

For and in consideration of certain percentage of the purchase price, I hereby agree
for you to put on listing for sale and in undertaking to sell or find a purchaser for the
property hereinafter described, together with improvements, if any, to wit –

Unit 606, located at the sixth floor of AIC Empire Tower, ADB Avenue and Garnet
Road, Ortigas Center, City of Pasig, with a total area of Two Hundred Two and 18/100
square meters (the “Property”)

The minimum selling price of the Property is the amount of Pesos: Forty Eight
Thousand (Php48,000.00) per square meter.

It may be payable on installment terms provided the full purchase price is settled in
three (3) years.

You are authorized to accept and hold a deposit from the buyer as earnest money of
not less than ten percent of the purchase price.

If the Property be sold or traded or in any other manner disposed of either by me or by


anyone else within the time specified in this listing, it is agreed that you shall receive
from the sale or trade of the Property as your commission five percent of the
purchase price.

Should the Property be sold or traded after the expiration of the listing period to a
purchaser with whom you have negotiated for sale or trade the Property, the above
specified commission shall be due and payable to you.

This agreed listing of the Property by you shall continue until otherwise terminated in
writing to take effect within fifteen days from receipt of notice of termination.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The SELLER has placed her signature as of the date first above
written.
