    Quantity Surveying

    In this study I have calculated the quantities of footing PCC, retaining wall PCC, reinforcement
    for footing, column, retaining wall, plinth beam, beams, slab, and concrete for column footing,
    column, retaining wall, and slab till the lower ground floor roof.
    In this chapter a summary of the studies made by previous researches and practices on factors
    affecting Planning, scheduling, Updating and Resource allocation has been presented with a
    focus on specific ones of interest in this project. Accordingly, views expressed on this literature
    on the topic of interest is examined and taken as a theoretical background in this study. This
    includes definitions, techniques and tools planning, scheduling, WBS network, updating,
    resource allocation. The details of each of these are discussed in subsequent chapters.
