    CUES SUBJECTIVE: Masakit po ang aking balakang

    NURSING DIAGNOSIS >Pain related to Musculoskeletal pain.

    SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATION >A highly subjective state in which a variety of unpleasant sensation and a wide range of distressing factors may be experienced by the sufferer.

    NURSING OBJECTIVES >After 20 minutes of intervention the patient verbalizes adequate relief of pain or ability to cope with incompletely relieved pain.

    NURSING INTERVENTION >Evaluate patients response to pan and therapeutic aimed at abolishing/relieving pain.

    SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATION >It is important to help patients expresses as factually as possible the effect of pain relief measures.

    EVALUATION >after a week of health teaching, the patient report the effectiveness of measures used. The patient was able to demonstrate a technique when her lower back was pain.

    OBJECTIVE: >Difficulty to stand and difficulty to move.

    >Assess patients expectation for pain relief.

    >Some patients may be content to have decreased; others will expect complete elimination of pain. This will impact on their perception of the effectiveness of the treatment modality and their willingness to participate in further treatment.
