    A. Training's
    1. Awareness Seminar to the Team --> Team to re-echo to respective Dept. Staff. 2. Documentation Technique Seminar for QMR & DCC (Public Seminar by TUV-R Academy) 3. (Optional) Lead Assessor/s Training Course for QMR and/or DQMR

    B. Documentation
    1. (Optional) Guidance/Consultancy by a Consulting Firm (but not necessary)

    C. System Implementation
    1. Required by ISO for a minimum of THREE (3) Months, with atleast one (1) closed Internal Audit and Management Review. Note: Internal Quality Auditors (IQAs) have to be trained and have passed the examination (can be availed from TUV-R Academy)
