     Involving in preparation of necessary technical documents, as SRS (Software Requirement Specifications), High level / Low level design documents, Use Cases etc.,  Should have experience in Gap Analysis.  Should have experience using tools like MS VISIO, Rational Rose etc.,  Able to help on process standpoint  Proficiency in UML  Excellent communication skills is must  Good knowledge on SDLC.

    Must be able to act as a liaison between the users and the IT Department, Must play key role in gathering requirements, modeling USE Cases, UML design, sequence diagrams and process diagrams Will act as facilitator of meetings, training the users Will contribute towards Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Rational Rose / UML, Rational Unified Process (RUP) to create vision and strategy documents including Business Process models & use cases Will work with operations managers to analyze and improve business rules and processes Will be working with project managers & technical leads to ensure requirements traceability and delivery through the development process Will ensure that product functions are delivered as per design specification Will help Q/A team in creating accurate test cases Candidate Profile: Customizations or in enterprise projects from conception to delivery. Should have handled at least one product from conception to delivery. Should have hands on experience in gathering requirements, Modeling USE Cases, UML design, Sequence Diagrams and Process Diagrams based on Requirements Should have strong documentation experience; knowledge in Insurance domain Should be a LOMA (or other insurance related) certified professional Should have worked with tools such as Rational Suite, Visio. Microsoft dev tools knowledge is preferred
