    Sentence Fluency (5 points) Capitalization, Punctuation, And Using Paragraphs (15 points) Spelling (5 points) Important Person Poem (10 points) Write a 5 line poem, using important poem format, including important details about the persons life Bibliography (10 points) Read and located information using three sources: -Encyclopedia (online or print) -Internet Source -Biography Novel Quilt Square (10 points) Colored neatly and includes Important Poem on the back
