API Key

This document provides instructions for generating an API key for using Google Maps in an Android application. It describes using the keytool command to retrieve information from the debug keystore, including the key which should be added to the MapView widget using the android:apiKey attribute. A link is also included to sign up for an API key on the Google developer website.
