    Hydraulic motors type OMR NA (actuator motors)

    HN.12.KA.02 is new

    Introduction

    Danfoss is now able to offer a newlydeveloped hydraulic motor particularly suitable for applications where there is a special demand for a motor with low internal leakage. To meet market requirements the well-known OMR motor has been modified, among other things by separating the output shaft and spool valve. OMR NA is a unique motor very suitable for many applications, for example: Actuator motor for electrically driven threewheel forklift trucks where it is typically used with a Danfoss steering unit and priority valve. Drive motor (series operation) for conveyors. Dosing motor for different media where smooth operation at low speed and high

    pressure is required. OMR NA offers many advantages: Internal leakage is very low. This ensures precise momentary control functions, even when the motor is supplied with very small quantities of oil. Same installation conditions as for the OMR motor. Pressure range corresponding to the OMR range. The motor design ensures high volumetric efficiency. OMR NA gives smooth operation at high pressure and with limited oil supply. OMR NA ensures good start-up characteristics.

    In applications without drain line the shaft seal pressure is equal to the average inlet pressure and return pressure.

    Permissible shaft load for OMR NA

    Knowing the required maximum speed and the point at which the radial load acts, the permissible shaft load can be read from the graph. The graphs apply to a B10 bearing life of 1000 hours at the given speeds when mineral hydraulic oil with a sufficient content of anti wear additives is used.
