    Step: 26 Rnds 1-4: Work Rnds 1-4 of Upper Body - 24 sts. Step: 27 Rnds 5-8: Sc in each st around. Step: 28 Rnd 9: *Sc2tog, sc in next 2 sts; rep from * around - 18 sts. Step: 29 Fasten off. Step: 30 LEGS (make 6) Step: 31 With B, ch 2. Step: 32 Rnd 1: Work 4 sc in first ch.

    Step: 33 Place marker to indicate beg of rnd; move marker up as each rnd is completed. Step: 34 Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around - 8 sts. Step: 35 Rnds 3 and 4: Sc in each st around. Step: 36 Fasten off. Step: 37 SPOTS (make 6)

    Step: 38 With B, ch 2. Step: 39 Rnds 1 and 2: Work Rnds 1 and 2 of Upper Body - 12 sts. Step: 40 Fasten off. Step: 41 FINISHING Step: 42 Following package directions, attach safety eyes to Head. Stuff Upper Body and sew to Base. Stuff Head and sew to Body. Stuff Legs very lightly and sew three to each side of Body at Base. With A, embroider a straight st mouth and make 2 antennae, each about 1 in. (2.5 cm) long on top of Head. Weave in ends.
