INTRODUCTION
Education is a basic need of human civilization it is as important as food, water and shelter. Education is method of transferring good, bad experiences and learnings from those experiences to one generation to other generation. School is always known as the temple of education further the children play school is the first place where a child learn new things about this w orld thats why children playing school is one of the fastest growing business. In this 20th century where all the parents are busy in their jobs it is very necessary to give the children a healthy and full of fun environment. In present time world are being so much competitive, and everybody want to faster than time this is why every parents want their children to have skills require in the entire field. Today life is so much fast and it is the requirement of time that both parents should work this is the reason Parents are also too much busy in their professional life and do not get much time spend with their children to give them proper guide and care. It is really necessary to give proper guide and care at initial stage which helps the children to have the knowledge about the bad and good things. Having all these aspect of their mind they need a proper place where they can give their children for thfe overall development and proper care. Where they can get all the fun of their childhood and prevent the feeling of being ignored. Children are very much emotional and want to have full attention, affection & love at this stage. Children play school is one of the places where parents can be secured about their child after giving them in the play school. It is the place where they can get full of fun, affection, attention and love. As well as it help them to develop their skill and make them interactive.

PURPOSE OF THE STUDY

We are pursuing a professional course which makes us to learn manage things. Thus this project is also a practical experience of knowing how to do best implementation of various ideas in setting up the business & create innovations.

It also helped us to tackle various adverse situations and different types of unfavorable situations. This will again enhance our risk management quality.

Through this project we have understood that what are the core factors that a business man has to look after in order to make the business a successful one.

So, we can say that this project made us to know each & every tits & bits of a business. Thus, this project proved to be a very beneficial one for us.

To provide best moral education To provide healthiest and hygienic environment. To get full 80% seats of play school within 2-3months Retain at least 70% of children moving from one class level to the next. To give counseling to parents related to their child future.

BUSINESS SUMMARY

A business in term of what to satisfy and how to produce the satisfaction identifies the substance of what a company does to create value of its customers. A product or service becomes a business only when it satisfies a need or want; without demand for the product there is no business. CANDY is a children's play and music program that offers a series of child programs devoted to the physical, emotional and social development of children. We offer eight different weekly classes for children newborn through four years. The activities are designed to improve balance, coordination and other sensory stimuli while reinforcing good social skills in a group play environment. Each week, new musical styles and games and learning methods will be introduced, such as contemporary and classical tunes, hide and sike, puzzles etc. CANDY offers a unique service in that there is no other program like it in the city of kanpur. Though the city does run some classes for children through their parks and recreation department, they are not part of a comprehensive growth program for pre-schoolers.

BUSINESS LOCATION
CANDY is a children's play that offers a series of child programs devoted to the physical, emotional and social development of children. It will be located in Govind nagar area near chawla market. It has about 3000 square feet. It will have the capacity of about 150 students.

CANDY is owned by Arpit Shukla and Atul Kumar Diwedi.

WHY WE ARE INTERESTED IN THIS BUSINESS

Business of playing school is growing very fast in todays scenario. The main reason to establish this business is to 1. It is an initial platform for them where they get trained for their future. 2. Help to make them learn useful stuff to know how to survive. 3. School is really helpful for those parents who want to earn money and mean while they want to give proper guidance and care to their children. 4. Secure the fun of childhood whose parents are working and having no siblings. 5. Govind nagar is one of the upper middle class residential areas having no playing school. And most of the women are working over there.

MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

A) 6 TEACHERS: To make the children learn about different activities.

B) 4 CLASS AIDS: To take care of the children i.e. fooding, toilets etc.

C) 1 PEON: To give service to all teachers and top management.

D) 2 SWEEPERS: To make the environment of the school neat and clean

E) 1 GUARD: For the safety of the children as well as teachers of the school.

A) 3 TELEVISION: To show some cartoons to the children for fun. B) TOYS: To make the children free to play whole hearted. The toys like teddy bear, cars, video games etc. C) SLIDING SLOP, SEESAW, SWING: To make the children free to play whole heartedly. D) ABACUS GAMES AND OTHER GAMES: To give the opportunity to children play as well as learn through these equipments.

SERVICES

CANDY offers five different weekly classes for children of 16 months to four years. Activities are designed to help children develop balance, coordination and other sensory stimuli while having fun in a group play environment. CANDY also offers three music classes. Children of16 months to four years get to sing and move while getting their first taste of different musical beats and rhythms. Teachers introduce children to new musical styles each week, such as contemporary and classical tunes. Activities such as instrument exploration, songs and movement to music are designed to provide a positive musical experience for parents and young children. There are following classes provided by the CANDY to the different age group of children. 1. Silver star (16months) It will indulge the child's natural curiosity and offer creative ways to practice emerging skills through fun-filled exploration of tunnels, slides, climbers, songs, movement activities, parachute play and more. 2. Toddler twinkle (16 - 24 months) It will use equipment and activities to learn cause and effect, coordination, balance and motor skill development. Playful movement activities and equipment exploration build pre- and early walking skills, while songs enrich emerging language. 3. Golden star (24 -30 months) It challenges a child's growing body with slides, climbers, balls and tunnels. Activities also focus on language skills and social interaction. 4. Budding Star (30- 36 months) It will focus on themes like "Dinosaur Day," "Under the Sea," and "Forest Fun" with movement stories, puppetry and songs. Physical activity will be combined with imaginative play where children will construct stories. Listening skills and body awareness grow as the child explores our plays capes, creates roles and predicts outcomes. Playfully structured movement to music provides experiences in group interaction and social development. 5. Jumping jumble (37- 46 months) It will explore pre-sports and pre-gymnastic skills including kicking, throwing and catching. Each exciting class builds listening skills and coordination while emphasizing cooperative play and encouraging new friendships.

The music program has three levels.

1. Humming Bees (16- 24 months) It will build a repertoire of songs to sing together that supports the child's awareness of melody, pitch and rhythm. Children learn musical phrasing, rhythm and simple musical rules through playful scarf activities, baby dances and ball games. Explore safe and age appropriate instruments, enjoy soothing lullabies from around the world and immerse the baby in activities that build a solid musical foundation to grow on. 2. Drumming Bees (25- 36 months) It will use activities such as lap rides, dancing and instrument exploration to help children develop a sense of steady beat and create an atmosphere of fun. Pitch and tone are explored through songs and listening activities. Every three weeks, a new musical style is introduced, exposing the child to a variety of musical genres such as latin, rock 'n' roll, and classical for a musical learning adventure. 3. Singing Bees (37 - 48 months) It is designed to support and challenge emerging skills of music. Children are encouraged to discover their singing voice and make music of their own as they explore different instruments. Self esteem and social skills get a real boost as the child engages in group songs, chants and finger plays and imagination and listening skills build as children express themselves to music. Birthday parties at CANDY In addition to the extensive program of classes, Stars Circus can host a child's birthday party providing great activities for kids and an easy experience for parents. An enthusiastic Stars' Circus staff member leads the activities as the birthday child and his or her friends and parents play, laugh, and sing together, creating a memorable celebration.

MARKET ANALYSIS SUMMARY

Over the past five years, there has been tremendous housing growth in the affluent northeast area of the city. To date, 3,500 new housing units have been built in the area to accommodate the growth of the city's population. Most these units are being bought or rented by young families with young children. Currently, there is no park program servicing the area. It is anticipated that a new park will be created for the area in the next three years to serve the estimated 10,000 families in the area. The area also has two private child care centers that serve over 800 children, ages one to four. It is estimated that there are 5,000 children in northwest Moreover under the age of four. Little Stars will purse both the children at home and children at the private child care centers.

CANDY will start the school through banners ,pamphlets and advertisement on local channel to parents of young children in the area of Govind Nagar. In addition, CANDY will offer a 20% discount on its activity and music classes. Sales Strategy The sales strategy of CANDY will be to build from a base of satisfied customers. The program will offer a 20% discount on class fees for each successful referral to CANDY. We will also offer one session free visits for any parent and child interested in exploring our program. Sales Forecast CANDY anticipates that May will be weak month for classes. Enrollment will increase steadily from June on. The following is the sales forecast for CANDY.

LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE BUSINESS

What legislation applies for establishing the play group school? If we are starting a new business, rather than taking over an existing one, we will need to obtain planning permission from the local planning authority. Fire Safety The school must comply with fire safety regulation this means carrying out a fire risk assessment at your premises and putting in place fire precaution measures for the complete safety of the children. These could include fire alarm system and extinguishers as well as clearly signed escape routes. Strangers The school must have the proper safety for the small, innocent children. The guard must appoint at the entry place so that no stranger can enter into the campus of the school. And the class aids must take care of the children that no child can go outside of the school. Persons can only enter into the school after showing an authentic proof.

Water Before establishing any play school there must be proper arrangements for the clean water supply at that place. The water tanks must be cleaned every weekend with good quality of bleaching powder.

Roads Before establishing play school it must be taken into consideration that the nearby roads of the school must be well constructed so that parents as well as the school members can avoid any mishappening. There must be the proper speed- breaker at the entry of the school.

Our business deals with the enhancement of proper skill, potential of the children from 18 months to 4 years. CANDY is a small venture and on its initial stages. The location is very convenient for its target customers. It is located in the heart of its target market. The unique corner of CANDY is that it is accessible for its target market which is the main point of focus. T he parents can easily send their children to get the world exposure. Our school is having all the facilities that enhance the learning potential of the children. The set future plans are going to be implemented very soon to get further success in our mission. As the play school is very unique business so we need to maintain various standards & policies in its services.
