TAI CHI SUN 73 FORM Sun Style was created by Sun Lu-tang (1861-1932) who had combined tai chi with 2 other internal martial art styles, namely Xingyiquan and Baguaquan. Internal styles place great emphasis on Qigong (exercises devoted to cultivating the vital life energy, or qi, within the body). Sun style is especially effective for healing, relieving stress and building internal energy. It's characterised by agile steps, whenever one foot moves the other follows. the movements are smooth and flowing like water in a river.
