I would like also to thank the staff of the Administrative Service where I spent my two months on the job training. Mrs. Nena I. De Veas, Ms. Lucy P. Logmao, Ms. Ma. Natividad M. Catral, Mr. Jerome Tumambing, Mr. Steven Paredes and to Dir. Rodolfo M. Santos for giving me the knowledge, experience and skills to know the things in an office. Thank you for letting me how to feel the essence in an office. I wont regret that I chose the DSWD for taking my ojt because it caused me so much fun and knowledge. I will miss you so much. Thank you for everything. I II. INTRODUCTION To our training coordinator, Prof. Sharima Ali Morales thank you for giving us the tactics in working in an office. Its been two months since I entered the DSWD. Shy type at first, but as days had passed I felt the confidence in doing the office works together with my co-workers or should I say trainers. And now that the end is near, I owe so much to them. And as I promised, one day I shall return and I will become an employee in DSWD working with them not as an on the job trainee but as an employee.

OJT PORTFOLIO IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY What I have observed at the company is that all the employees are very accommodating. Well, some of them are very strict but the supervision is good. I can honestly say that the employees in DSWD are very industrious and nice. The strength and challenges of this company is that they have bulk of papers. Time management, constructive criticism towards work is the strength of this company. I think the best practice of this company is that they are giving the trainee to have a chance to know more about the office works without hesitations. Just like me, they guide me in every works that I will handle in order to help grow my knowledge, hone deeper my skills and develop the socialization. My over-all observation in DSWD particularly in the Administrative Service is very good, well supervised, nice, sociable, accommodating and very industrious. V. PERIODIC REPORTS (daily, weekly, monthly) What we do daily are the following: Encoding of vouchers Making of deposit slips Photocopying of some documents What we do weekly are the following: Filing of Cebu Pacific Air, Inc. papers and Philippine Airlines papers. Encoding of vouchers of employees What we do monthly are the following: Encoding of vouchers, making of deposit slips, photocopying of some documents, filing of Cebu Pacific Air, Inc. and Philippine Airlines papers. During my whole training in Department of Social Welfare and Development; Administrative Service, I think the problems that I have Encountered was that I dont know how to use the equipment, tools and apparatus in the office. And Im not yet familiar with the officials and buildings.
