    Decrease - SKP Decrease K2tog (knit 2 together) Double Pointed Needles - Cast on / Stockinette Knit (K) - continental Knit (K) - US/UK method Purl (P) - Norwegian method Purl (P) - US/UK method TUBE SOCK: Cast on 48-56-64 sts on double pointed needles size 2.5 mm / US 1 with Delight. K 2 rounds and continue in rib K2/P2. REMEMBER THE GAUGE! When piece measures 8 cm / 3 1/8'' work 1 round shifting the rib 1 st to the left as follows: over K2/P2 work P1, K2, P1. Continue as follows: * Work 4 rounds with K over K and P over P, then shift the rib 1 st to the left again *, repeat from *-* until piece measures 28-32-36 cm / 11"-12"-14 1/4". Insert a marker each side, between K2 = 24-28-32 sts between markers. Continue in rib K2/P2 without shifting it. AT THE SAME TIME dec for toes each side as follows - beg 2 sts before marker: K2 tog, marker, slip 1 st as if to K, K1, psso. Dec like this each side on every other round a total of 6 times, then on every round a total of 2-4-6 times = 16 sts left on needle. On next round K2 tog across the round. Cut the thread and pull it through remaining 8 sts twice, tighten tog and fasten. Sock measures approx 32-37-42 cm / 12"-14"-16".
