ENTRY RULES
1. Enter on Signal and set target values according to indicator. Minimum initial target is 10pips. 2. Enter only when Stop Loss in PIPS is not big as indicated by the indicator. Big Stop Loss means bigger risk, and market might have maxed out its move. A sample list of recommended stops will be shown on next page.

GUIDELINES
1. Best trading period happens when the market is in consolidation. In intraday basis, its on Asia Session. Though the system can still be used on other sessions provided that the stops are tight. a. EXIT STRATEGY
1. 2. 3. 4. Scalping systems require exiting fast. Partially close trade when it reaches TP1 or at least 10pips profit. Trail stop to maximize profit, reaching TP2 if possible Close trade when price ranged on entry point. There will be more signals that will hit TP faster. When a trade is taken on Asia Session, best to close position when targets are not hit before London Open.

STOPLOSS VALUES
The success and efficiency of the signals are greatly dependent on the Stop Loss calculated. The best signals have small Stop Loss values. This greatly reduces risk and allows target to be reached fasted. Stop Loss varies per session and per pairs volatility. More volatile sessions require bigger max stop loss.

This table is just an example of desired stop loss values. For other pairs, you can use this as a reference for your stop loss depending on volatility.
Best pairs to choose are Volatile and Non Volatile pairs due to smaller swings and spreads compared to very volatile pairs. The Ideal Stop loss is approximately 10-15 Pips because minimum target is about 10 Pips.

TRADING TIME

Time between blue line and red line is the best trading time. Its a 6 hour session and starts 1 hour after Sydney Open (Currently GMT 22:00) up to 3 hours before London Open (Currently GMT 4:00). This is the preferred session because when market is in consolidation period, there is a high probability that it will react on Overbought and Oversold conditions. Stop loss is also kept to a minimum because swings in this period are not big. The worst trading time starts 3 hours before London Open (currently GMT 4:00) up to London Open (currently GMT 7:00) because false breakouts often happen during this 3 hour period. Regular trading time can be considered provided that the stop loss is as tight as possible, not exceeding the recommended stop loss in the previous page. In the example above, we can see a signal that happened in the worst trading time that hit stop loss.

BEST STRATEGY
Use in multiple pairs preferred with lower spreads to filter best signals No taking trades on Worst Trading Time Pick signals with the least stop loss If you have to choose a signal from 2 or more pairs, pick a trend signal compared to counter trend. Trend signals have higher probabilities The first valid signal is always the reference point of Stop Loss and Take Profit values. No moving of stops or take profits. A Second signals with the same direction as the first signal can sometimes be triggered because the first signal worked out and price instantly went to hit targets. That second signal will NOT be used to re-enter the trade. Be contented in small targets, there will be more signals to pick in different pairs. No trading 30mins before and after major news

PARAMETERS
2 important settings can be changed to achieve better settings in different pairs

FastExecution by default is turned false. Setting this to true will make earlier entry signals. Earlier entry signals will give smaller Stop Loss and will make TP hit faster, but it give more false signals. Setting to true gives earlier price action confirmation. FastExecution can be better for more experienced traders.

OBOSLevel by default is 200. This is the percentage of Overbought or Oversold in which the indicator will search for a signal. Making this lower will give more signals. Making this higher will give less but more accurate is some instances.
