The building is designed in a way

STAIRCASES
The project incorporates 2 types
of staircases. 2 main staircases are
closed, and placed in the middle
of the plot. Additional staircase is
external, and it is working as addi-
tional fre evacuation route.
Staircases are made from prefabri-
cated concrete elements. They are
dilatated from main construction
using steel tubes, thus reducing
sound impact on the habitable
area.

CONSTRUCTION
The main loadbering structure is
made from prefabricated con-
crete elements.
Slabs are 220mm hollow-core
decks. The maximum span is 7m.
FOUNDATIONS
Foundations are made from cast
on site concrete.

WINDOWS
Energy efcient glazing has been
specifcally developed to reduce
energy loss through windows by
up to 75%, at the same time taking
advantage of the free heat energy
from the sun helping to reduce
heating costs. The windows have
double layer of glazing which en-
sures low U-value of 1,2 W/M2/K

AIR TIGHTNESS
Construction has been ade-
signed to maximize air tight-
ness of the object
-Minimizing risk of gaps
-Taping only straight surfaces
-Building an airtight thermal en-
velope - important for energy
savings, humidity control and
ensuring the longevity of the
building structure.

HEAT RECOVERY VENTILATION
Heat recovery ventilation is an
energy recovery ventilation
system located below the roof the
buildings. The system captures up
to 85% of energy from outgoing
stale air. In the summer it can be
used as a cooling system the other
way round. HRV reduces cost of
heating bills up to by up to 30%

BALCONIES
Balconies are situated on the west
side of the building, one under an-
other, providing sun shade to
prevent interior overheating.
They are dilatated from the build-
ing using steel tubes, thus reduc-
ing thermal bridges.
APARTMENT LAYOUT
The main module is the same for
smaller and bigger apartment and
also the main layout of them is
identical. In bigger apartment we
are simply adding one room
SOLAR PANELS
The solar panels are installed on
the sloped roof areas directed to
the south. With the angle of 11,
the solar panels provide 93%of
efciency.
