ABSTRACT
Venture Capital is still a comparatively young industry. The industry did not really get on its feet until the late 1970s. Now Venture Capital Financing has become essential for the development of Potential entrepreneurs. The study also gives a brief description of the various stages of venture capital financing and also the valuation method for making investment decisions .The project titled Venture Capital Financing was prepared for the purpose of presenting the methodology and the analysis of the firms financial aspects. The first part of the report highlights the importance of venture capital in a developing country like India: it also includes the analysis of financial statements. And the percentage change in the Assets and Liabilities over a period of 3 years. The second part deals with the cash flows. It also presents various stages in evaluation process. The final part draws some conclusion regarding the usefulness and limitations of venture capital. The study is aimed to analyze the project evaluation system at heritage foods, which includes analyzing the financial statements and cash flows.
