YOGA PHILOSOPHY This is the basic reading list for the Yoga Philosophy/History section of the program. There arent any dates attached to the readings because well take as much time with each topic as needed, usually a week but sometimes more. You need buy only one book, The Shambhala Guide to Yoga. All other study books are available on-line, supplemental books are optional. WHAT IS YOGA? *Required reading: Georg Feuerstein. The Shambhala Guide to Yoga.
