    Application form guide

    16 August 2013 This guide is meant as an aid if you wish to apply for a visa (short stay), a Danish residence permit or an extension of an existing permit. You should be able to find the form which best matches your situation. The guide is in two parts: Refer to form guide 1 if you are first time applicant for a Danish residence permit Refer to form guide 2 if you have a Danish CPR number and need to apply for an extension of your existing permit. By clicking on the title of an application form, you can download it directly from www.newtodenmark.dk You can read more about the conditions of residency at www.newtodenmark.dk. If you have any questions, please contact the Danish Immigration Service or the Danish Agency for Labour Retention and International Recruitment in writing, by telephone or in person - to obtain guidance concerning the rules and help to fill out the forms (see contact information at the bottom of this page).
