HOW TO REQUEST FRESH EXPATRIATE QUOTA POSITION


Fresh Expatriate Quota Request submission with the Citizenship and Business Department of the Ministry of Interior is now online at www.eCitiBiz.net

Log on to www.ecitibiz.net Click Login at the top right of the page, If not already login
Figure A will be displayed

Enter your username and password Click Login button Point your mouse to Expatriate Quota tab Click New Quota Request (Figure B will be displayed) Enter the Required Data in the Text Boxes of figure B
NOTE: The value entered in How Many Slots text box indicates number of positions to be added for the position being entered

Click Add More button to save the entered Data


Figure C will be displayed NOTE: Repeat steps 7 and 8 until the total number of positions are entered. You may click Check Boxes to uncheck and indicate the positions to exclude for processing as shown in Figure D

Click I understand and agree to the statement above Check box Click Request Selected Quota button (Figure E will be displayed) Click OK button (Figure F will be displayed) Click Select Payment Method drop down, select desired mode of payment from the list
Note: You can opt to select card payment type

Click Agreement Terms Check box Click Make Payment (Figure G will be displayed)
NOTE: Notification will be sent to the e-mail address and phone number registered in your profile.

Click Print for your payment invoice Follow the instructions on the invoice to make payment
